Idiot-fest 2009

Sobriety was not necessarily an issue!

The East Dakota Music Awards, brought to you in a rousing fashion by the "career wingman" Ed and Double Down.

The fear of getting a yellow card can have a chilling effect on the festivities!

The Bizz representin' with some music award that involves a 45 of WHAM! How can that not be a great award?

After Ed's "career wingman" and Joe's "career lukewarm fungo" presentations, The Shot Pimp presented Double Down with the "career hot bat trophy" (with the wrong trophy, I might add!)

After an attempt to call on his 16 years of experience as a parole officer, to correct some troubled teenagers who were on the road to ruin - the Tripod was controversially elected "The Horses Ass" and received the award from "Career Comeback Player of the Year" - Tokyo Drift.

There is no greater excitement after someone has left a trophy in cab or lost it in their garage, and you win a thumb drive in lieu of a trophy! And there was much rejoicing!

After the incumbent MVP was impeached, the previous MVP - E5 - presented this year's MVP to the Bizz. As he said, he got a lot of votes for keepin' that other foot off of the banana peel.

And this year's winner of the coveted Hanson Gold Record: the Natural Goal Scorer for his disc related to DPS Hoops. Nice effort Howitzer!

Idoitfest

They are not VIPs, they are "special attendees!"

Every year there are lots of legitimate contenders for this hard fought title. Horse's Ass to "The Chowdah Storm." Nice hand Frank!

The Song of the year award went to The Howitzer. It is afterall, more likely to get song of the year when you have an extra two songs for everyone to choose from. Haven't seen attempted cheating like that since his wife went to Pete's office. HEY!

The Mix-Master disc to The Tripod from two former, sober winners!

There was "allegedly" a sighting of famous Irish mobster Whitey Bolger, luckily there was an FBI Agent in a sweter vest to take him down!

An unknown award - to late night violence???
