Sadness - part 1
So, with the recent move of The Steamer from Big Bear to the South Suburban league, post-game beers at "Milo's" will be few and far between. As many of you know, I have a Milo's ritual. It involves scanning the photo collage by the Men's Room on my way back to the table. I always look at the picture of our former favorite server - the seemingly naughty Sarah - and then look at this famous bikini picture:
It will be missed!
It will be missed!
Sadness - part 2
The saddest part of losing Milo's will be the loss of our favorite server - Abby. In reality, I am not sure she even worked there anymore.
It wasn't just the great personality and excellent service. It was also the tight jeans that emphasized her fantastic tiny tortoise-shell of an @$$, and her incredibly disproportionally lovely - girthy milk-wagons.
I'm a little teary-eyed, I'm going to need a minute.

The fans at Pepsi!
See, we had fans there. In fact, it was over 150. By the hand-raising, I think the question was "Who has 'been with' a Steamer player who has a perfectly-sized-penis?" But why is Jimmy clapping?

Idoitfest
They are not VIPs, they are "special attendees!"
Every year there are lots of legitimate contenders for this hard fought title. Horse's Ass to "The Chowdah Storm." Nice hand Frank!
The opening song award from the Natural "Dozen" Scorer!
Some called it Theme-itis, but who doesn't love it when a fat guy wins a small shirt?!?!
Closing song of the year from team bi-curious!
The Song of the year award went to The Howitzer. It is afterall, more likely to get song of the year when you have an extra two songs for everyone to choose from. Haven't seen attempted cheating like that since his wife went to Pete's office. HEY!
The Mix-Master disc to The Tripod from two former, sober winners!
There was "allegedly" a sighting of famous Irish mobster Whitey Bolger, luckily there was an FBI Agent in a sweter vest to take him down!

Other hockey venues....part 5...

Lovely Toronto and the Hockey Hall of Fame. Yes, it is in a mall, they have bubble hockey, and there are two Stanley Cups - by the way.
Clockwise from bottom: Bizz, Tony, Tripod, Shot Pimp, Double Down, and the Chub.
Chub is pointing out the Avalanche and I can neither confirm nor deny reports that Frank grew that moustache to star in "an alternative adult motion picture production" while in Toronto.

Awards Ceremony 2007
The 2007 AC at the lovely Wynkoop Brewery. An early pic from our server Dee.L-R: Ed, E5, Chub, NGS, Double Down, Bizz, Deanbag, Pimp, Chowdah, Tripod, Voe, and The Falcon!
Disclaimer: while Steamer team members are involved, these awards are not related to the Steamer hockey team. It is a moron-fest.
A group picture of the participants loaded with Jager and Castrol gear (Thanks Falcon).
The emcees of this year's event - the two honorable Senators from Minnesota.
Chub sporting his Chicken Little shirt and Disney backpack after winning the "Theme-itis award" - for lack of subtlety in CD theme.
Our Lord Father gives the "Say Anything" DVD to famous actor Samuel L. Jackson!
We miss Karl! Adam said if that ring wasn't in the picture he never would have known that Frank got married!
I guess Chub is the "box car" in this love train. He is holding the coveted Hanson "M-Bop" gold record trophy for best disc of the year. Ed delivers the "Bop" part of the trophy!

The Tripod and Double Down in a serious moment as "lifetime achievement award" winners.
E5 wins the MVP trophy. I wonder how people will react to this passing of the torch?
